A proud graduate of Texas A&M University (Class of 1994) with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, he approaches firearm training with the analytical mindset of an engineer—breaking down the mechanics of marksmanship into clear, logical, and easy-to-understand steps.
While he has the credentials to fine-tune experienced shooters, Rick’s true passion is welcoming first-time gun owners. He understands that stepping onto a range for the first time can be intimidating, and he prides himself on creating a supportive, low-ego environment where beginners can build confidence at their own pace.
